Assessment & Resolution Process: Our quality assurance team will audit all submitted evidence. The Company reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination regarding the validity of the claim. Approved cases are handled individually and may result in an item replacement, a proportional partial refund, or a full refund.
3. Financial Reimbursements
When a full or partial monetary refund is granted, the credit will be automatically reversed back to the funding source used during checkout. Please anticipate an estimated 7 to 12 business days for the reversed funds to reflect on your account statements. Actual availability dates are dependent entirely on the processing timeframes of your specific banking institution.
4. Product Substitutions
Standard merchandise exchanges are not supported. Product replacements are strictly limited to instances where an item arrives structurally compromised or defective, and the claim has been fully vetted and approved under the terms of this policy.
5. Unauthorized Return Shipments
The Company categorically rejects any liability or responsibility for physical items mailed back to our facilities without an explicit, pre-arranged agreement.
Important Notice: Please refrain from returning any products unless you have received written authorization and explicit routing instructions from our staff. Packages returned autonomously will not qualify for financial refunds or replacements, and the Company reserves the right to discard such unauthorized cargo without notice or liability.
